Exchanges& Returns

What is your exchange and return policy?

We happily offer you a return/exchange service only on the condition of the garments you will return are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days after their ship dates. We will process your refund to your original payment method, issue your exchange, or store credit.

 

Note: Items that are marked as a final sale will not get exchanged or refunded. Please understand that.

And for the bras, underwear, socks, we don't accept returns, but we just only accept the one you didn't try on.

Are returns shipping cost free?

Sorry, we don’t offer free return shipping for exchanges and refunds now. We ask you to cover the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost is’not able to refund, and will be deducted from your refund amount. But we are trying our best to unlock free return in the future. Let’s expect it.

 

Can I exchange something for a different items on your site?

Yep, you can exchange the products of same price. But price of each item vary, so we suggest that you’d better just return and refund it, meanwile place a new order(which will not ask shipping cost again). You will receive your items faster than exchange.

If you return for exchange, you just need to cover the return shipping cost only; After we receive your returns, then we will exchange a new items for you.

If return for refund, we ask you to cover the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost is’not able to refund, and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Do you offer try on products I purchsed from you?

Yes, we understand that you have to try on your garments to know if they fit. but please understand that we cannot accept the return, if there are remnants of makeup, deodorant, and/or perfume on them. And please keep in mind that when trying on our basics, you should have another pair underneath. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I return item(s) that as a part of one pack?

Yep, absolutely! Just return back what you thought that did not fit. But iplease understand that t is impossible to return only one item out of a 2-pack/3-pack, ect, becasue we don't sell these individually.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item(s)?

If you received a faulty product, please email us at support@ecoerfashion.com,and we are glad to replace the product for you.

Can I return multiple orders together once a time?

Of course, you can return many orders once a time. But please list all of your orders number, and mark that what included in the each order.

I have passed the return period. What should I do?

Please contact support@ecoerfashion.com. Your return will be accommodated as best we can.

How soon will my refund issued?

Once we receive your returns, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Usually it taks 4-6 bussiness days for your bank to process. So the specific days for the refund to appear in your account are depend on your bank.

Shipping Info

How soon will I get my parcel?

Our estimated delivery timeframes:

  • For Standard shipping : Processing time approximately (1-3 bussiness days) + shipping time approximately (10-15 bussiness days)
  • For Expedit shipping : Processing time approximately (1-2bussiness days) + shipping time approximately (3-7 bussiness days)

Note: During peak season like the holidays or special promotions, please permit additional delays due to the high volume of orders. Thanks for your understanding.

Do you deliver to US P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations?

No, at this time, we are unable to accommodate orders shipped to the above mentioned locations.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

For international shipments, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Ecoer doesn't know the exact fees about that. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

What should I do if my parcel delayed?

You know sometimes shipping carriers experience delays for various reasons. Please be patient.

If your order says "delivered" but physically didn't, you could contact your chosen courier, as they are the best at locating your package.

If you believe your parcel is lost, please open live chat or email us at support@ecoerfashion.com.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that occasionally change your mind after order, Please keep in mind that you can cancel your order before it shipped. Please email us at support@ecoerfashion.com As Soon As You Can (better within 24 rs), Once the order get processed and ready to ship, it won't be able to cancelled.

Can I change my order?

Sorry, currently we aren't able to support any adjustment (including size, color, styles or somthing else)to orders after placed.

But you could email us at support@ecoerfashion.com to cancel your order and place a new order to get that problem solved.

How Can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. And put the number in to the box Tracking Your Order. Then you can see the shipping info about your parcel.

What should I do if my discount code doesn't working ?

Please make sure that your discount code is applied at checkout wthin valid dates. Please note usually a discount code is not allowed to conbined with other promotions at the same time. Anything for doubting, livechat with us, or email us at support@ecoerfashion.com.

What shoulf I do if I forget to apply my discount code at checkout?

Sorry, we can't offer any changes including apply discount code for the order have been placed. If you really want get your discount code applied,

please email us to cancel your order ASAP, and place a new order to apply your discount code.

What payment methods do you guys accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards, such as Discover, Visa, AMEX, ect.

Will I need to pay sales taxes?

Maybe, it really depend on where you live. In other words, your local sales tax rate and the items you purchase determine how much you pay. At checkout, a tax estimate will be displayed.

How can I choose a fit size?

Our size is the standard US size. We would highly recommend measure yourself before ordering, and figure out what size will fit best, then check out the sizing chart to choose the one fits you best.

Sustainability & Materials

What materials do you use?

Our organic cotton collection is made with GOTS-certified 100% organic cotton. This is an independent certificate for our supply chain that includes both ecological and social criteria.

What is GOTS certification?

GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard and it is an internationally recognized certification - you can read more about it here. GOTS requires that textile manufacturers follow very specific environmental criteria and social criteria. For example, no chemicals can be used which have been shown to harm humans or the environment at any stage of the production process. Also worker safety and worker rights issues are a top priority - no child or slave labor and a certain minimal level of safe working conditions must be met. To carry the GOTS label "organic" a textile must must contain at least 95% certified organic fibers (ours are 100%).
