HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
Step 2: Our Customer Service Team will follow up your return request. And give you the mailing address.
Step 3: Prepare your package. Pack up your return After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Step 4: Deliver your package. Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the tracking in your shipping label to track its progress.
For exchange and refunds, we will cover the return shipping rates. (But If you made a mistake in your order accidentally, we are sorry that we will not responsible for the return shipping and you should cover the return shipping fee.)

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return address. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without chatting with us first.
*Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
If you want get refund, the original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refunded amount. The money will be refunded to the same method you used to pay for that order (including gift cards).
Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. we will initiate a refund to your Paypal or credit card (or original method of payment). And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Usually, it takes 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed by Ecoer.
Please contact our customer service first if you want to exchange anything. Just use the same returns portal to return. Once the warehouse receives your returned Ecoerfashions, we will create another order for you with the pair you want in exchange, no email confirmation. And we cover the return shipping fee.
Please notice that the price of the new item(s) should be equivalent to the original item(s) and the price difference will be needed if there is any.
